Red Chokeberry

These are red chokeberry (Aronia arbutifolia) blossoms. I wish I could describe the scent – very sweet and delicate. These grow wild all over the yard. Right now, between these and the lilac flowers, the yard is an olfactory delight.

Today’s lunch is Couscous Al Fresco with sun-dried tomatoes and fresh spinach. It’s one of my very favorite recipes right off the back of the Near East Couscous box – so healthy and easy to prepare! Click
here to visit their website and type in Couscous Al Fresco under recipes.
