Lady's Mantle

Here are my lady’s mantle plants coming up in the perennial garden. These are wonderful plants, reliable and quick spreading - so they need to be divided often. Here is a short article on their history and use.

Today’s Italian recipe was
zucchini ciambotta (pronounced chahm-BOHT-tah), a delicious and easy to make veggie stew I served on brown rice with a little sour cream on top. I didn’t have the fresh basil called for, so I used a little dried. It was still quite tasty.
