TAST: WIP with Fly Stitches...

This is stitched on a yarn-embellished piece of painted and stamped Peltex. That’s my favorite stitching surface because it doesn’t need to be hooped. Also, I’ve discovered that running it under the embellisher softens it up a little, making it even easier to work with.

Beautiful work Conni. I love the colors -- this reminds me of my grandmother's bed of ferns in early spring.

I have some Peltex for fabric bowls I never got around to making.
Wonderful idea. By coincidence I was eyeing some package cushioning
today; it had interesting texture and I wondered about stitching on it sandwiched with something more stable.
