Erasmus is Going Home...

Erasmus was auctioned last night on EBAY (through Mission Fish) to benefit HSUS (Humane Society of the United States) to help in their hurricane relief efforts. It was just something he had to do…

EBAY waives their insertion and final fees when you donate 100% of your sale price to your chosen cause. And you just can’t beat that EBAY adrenaline rush – woohoo!

Thanks, Frances. The Humane Society has been doing a wonderful job rescuing animals and reuniting them with their owners. Hopefully, a new bill will pass that will require each state to come up with an evacuation plan that includes pets - before another disaster strikes.

Hi Connie. I am the lucky winner of Erasmus and he is sitting happily in my home surrounded by my two German Shepherds. My big boy Jake was a resue dog (rescued from the street and quite ill) about 6 years ago. He is a big healthy boy and his friend Foxy adores him. Thank you for such a wonderful doll for such a grand cause. Barbara

Hi Barbara,

I'm so glad Erasmus went to a kind and loving home and that you are pleased with him.

We currently have four cats (and have had as many as nine at once) - all foundlings.
