Junco at Feeder

We had about eight inches of snow. Here is a Junco feasting on thistle right outside my studio door.

Thanks, Frances. The snow is really starting to melt and the temperatures will warm up in the next few days, but more snow is possible over the weekend.

DH set up the tripod so he could get a nice photo of the male and female cardinal at the feeder - but they were too shy...

I love your photos Conni. The snow in your back yard is beautiful and the junco photos are brilliant.
You are so lucky you and your husband are 'into' the same things.

Thanks, Margaretr! The snow has pretty much melted now and the high temperature this afternoon reached the low 60s.
